  • Bundaberg Ginger Beer
    1 1/2 oz. Caribbean Rum
    1/2 oz. lime juice
    1/3 oz. sugar syrup
    Muddle ginger and combine ingredients in a shaker, shake and strain into a copper mug. Top with Bundaberg Ginger Beer.
  • 1 2/3 oz. Light Bacardi
    4 oz. Cola
    1/3 oz. Fresh lime juice (optional)
    Build all ingredients in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
  • 1/3 oz. Absinthe
    1 3/4 oz. cognac
    one sugar cube
    3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
    Rye whiskey
    Rinse a chilled old-fashioned glass with absinthe, add crushed ice and set it aside. Stir the remaining ingredients over ice and set it aside. Discard the ice and any excess absinthe from the prepared glass, strain the drink. Add lemon peel for garnish.
  • 2 oz. Cucumber infused Vodka
    3/4 oz. Basil infused Agave Syrup
    3/4 oz. Fresh Cucumber Juice
    1/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
    3 Basil Leaves
    Add all ingredients to ice filled shaker, shake and strain to martini glass. Cucumber wheel garnish.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon or Rye whiskey
    2 dashes bitters
    1 sugar cube
    Few dashes water
    Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, and a cherry.
  • 1 (750-ml) bottle your favorite red wine
    1/2 cup brandy
    1/2 cup orange liqueur
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    2 cups orange wedges
    2 cups red apple wedges
    2 cups green apple wedges
    2 cups seedless green grapes
    Combine the wine, brandy, orange liqueur, orange juice, and sugar in a large 4-quart container or punch bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add all of the fruit and stir to combine. Refrigerate until chilled and the flavors have melded, about 2 to 3 hours.
  • 1 1/2 oz Tito's Handmade Vodka
    4 oz sparkling mineral water
    1 orange slice
    1 lime slice
    Just add Tito's Handmade Vodka and sparkling mineral water to a rocks glass with ice.
    Stir and garnish with an orange and lime slice.
  • 1 part Liquore Gilliano
    1 part Remy Martini
    Build.
  • 2 oz. absolut vodka
    5 pc. fresh strawberry
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    .5 oz. lime juice
    Combine ingredients and blend. Pour into a Poco Grande glass.
